I don't believe this was ever used, as it came to me in a bag complete with a computer print out of its test performance, if that is the case it's what normal traders would classify as "New old stock" or not so honest traders would claim is "New stock". These were manufactured to a high reliabilty specification, unlike most far eastern products available today. I will test it and it can be demonstrated on collection. Not sure if the operating manual is available with me, I can check, the outputs are 5 volts 20 amps and 2 x 12volts at 2 amps, although there appears to be some scope for adjustment.
